I picture a Flemish version of baseball cards but have not been able to track down any info on them. Although his card is just a straight up boy and his bike portrait I can see the opportunity for action photo versions. Has anyone seen these cards?Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15593056842362423170noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2821760991275369602.post-18477930511779209082009-01-12T21:50:00.000-06:002009-01-12T21:50:00.000-06:00"Sorry to offend" really kale? Each rider in the peloton, whether a seasoned pro or amateur - goes through a tremendous amount of suffering, sacrifice, fear. For what? For the love and passion for the sport.

What are you proud of? Sergio is proud of the work he puts in to support his team. He is proud to have helped his teammates win national championships. He is proud to be Mexican. He is proud to be American.

And I am proud of him.

Thank you for letting me share this work with you!

- CynthiaCynthiahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13182024609683742111noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2821760991275369602.post-20115974902440190362009-01-12T09:58:00.000-06:002009-01-12T09:58:00.000-06:00"[Doping] and [cheating] are legend[ary] [in] the ..."[Doping] and [cheating] are legend[ary] [in] the sport, to not appreciate them and their contribution is to not appreciate cycling."Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2821760991275369602.post-68685035648065242032009-01-12T09:56:00.000-06:002009-01-12T09:56:00.000-06:00http://www.opsalsport.com/modules/gallery/posters....http://www.opsalsport.com/modules/gallery/posters.htmlUnknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09286402471156103552noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2821760991275369602.post-89670224585867911602009-01-12T09:42:00.000-06:002009-01-12T09:42:00.000-06:00Many of you all get up on the wrong side of the be...Many of you all get up on the wrong side of the bed today?

Museeuw and Zabel are legends of the sport, to not appreciate them and their contribution is to not appreciate cycling.SBhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18043252734740374901noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2821760991275369602.post-59158627048180061462009-01-12T09:05:00.000-06:002009-01-12T09:05:00.000-06:00"chicano pride esse"?Really?Maybe what cycling nee..."chicano pride esse"?

Really?

Maybe what cycling needs is a graphic designer that didn't graduate from DeVry, unless it's supposed to be ironic.

Would the Merckx poster say "flemmish pride dude" or "5 TDF wins, eat that!"?kalehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12737218892907029213noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2821760991275369602.post-17189224624414878242009-01-12T08:22:00.000-06:002009-01-12T08:22:00.000-06:00Great post. Yes, we could use a little more art, but even without it, cycling imagery will always have the dramatic background that stadium games like baseball and football do not have, namely muddied cobblestones, winding stratospheric mountain roads, and a sea of fans at only an arms distance from their heros at some locale like the Kopppenburg or the Poggio.Jason Pearlmanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07002912364048169310noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2821760991275369602.post-24468547167935268882009-01-12T07:10:00.000-06:002009-01-12T07:10:00.000-06:00For starters, any Museeuw and Zabel posters should...For starters, any Museeuw and Zabel posters should prominently feature large needles . . . .Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
