Acquiesce808 - Thanks for dropping by and for promoting BKW on your own site. The Page Cup was a fantastic race; from the standpoint of a spectator it was well run and the crowds exemplified what a cross crowd should be. Thanks to all who participated and volunteered their time. - RF

freddy!

You were there and we didn't meet. Damn the fates! Sun Prairie is where I live, in fact the JP Cup was the best thing to happen there since we moved there 2 years ago. Thanks for coming to check it out, the bar is pretty high for the rest of the season

d*pow - Sorry to have missed you. The bar is indeed set very high. Hopefully the event lit the flame for the remainder of the season - even after the temps take a dive.

How about an inside scoop on what sort of tires the Pros were riding. It looks like JP was running Vittoria EVO XN file treads. I am always curious as to what they choose.

Tim Johnson was on Dugasts, 32mm Typhoons. That much I'm sure of, as I was his pit mechanic on Sunday.

I'm fairly certain Page was riding both Typhoons and Dugast Pipistrellos at some point, and I think Todd Wells was mostly on Dugast Pipistrellos as well.

When it comes to the PROs, Dugast rules the roost.

A friend told me I was in a BKW photo, so I checked it out, and there I am! Do I get a free bottle or something? Next race you should do an interview with a cat 4 slacker like me. Even I knew that Page was running Challenge Grifo XS tires.
